We recommend
lot setbacks slighty different from those currently allowed in
Empire's R1 zoned areas. First is the front setback (currently
20 ft. in R1). We recommend keeping 20 ft. for the "body"
of the building while allowing porches, roof overhangs and base
to be in the next 10 feet toward the front. Second is the rear
setback (currently 10 ft.). We recommend a 5-foot rear setback. |
